ABOUT
Natasha has been a qualified Registered Nurse since 2008, and has since completed post graduate studies to become a Perioperative Nurse Surgical Assistant and Nurse Practitioner. Since qualifying, her area of special interest has always been orthopaedics, and she has enjoyed working alongside Dr Daevyd Rodda at Sunshine Coast Orthopaedic Group for the last 4 years. She has a big focus on non-operative management of hip and knee pain and is passionate about educating patients on how to best manage their pain to prolong surgery.
Natasha’s experience within the perioperative/orthopaedic industry has given her
a unique set of skills. She is passionate about educating patients about their chronic disease and providing tailored treatment plans to help them get back to living their lives without feeling restricted by pain.
Natasha also enjoys helping fellow Nurse Surgical Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to achieve their goals by providing training and mentoring.
The Sunshine Coast Musculoskeletal Centre
focusses on the diagnosis and management
of hip and knee pain.
Led by a team of specialised and experienced musculoskeletal nurse practitioners, patients are provided with expert care and advice on how to best manage their pain. This team works closely with Sunshine Coast Orthopaedic Group’s orthopaedic surgeons, and various allied health professionals, to ensure patients are provided with holistic and multidisciplinary care to treat their condition.
