Parking

Vitality Village: If your appointment is at Vitality Village, there are a number of free parking options available, however parking can be quite limited so it is a good idea to arrive early to allow yourself time to find one.

  • Free on site and off site visitor parking located on Discovery Ct and underneath Vitality Village
  • Free 3-hour visitor parking at Stockland Birtinya Shopping Centre (located adjacent to Vitality Village)

Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital: If your appointment is in Suite 12 at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, there are a number of parking options. Please note that all parking is paid parking, with the exception of some street parking.

  • Point parking (ground level parking only, behind SCUPH): located off Bragg St.
  • P2 car park (multi story car park): located off Bullwinkel Lane

Noosa Medihub: If your appointment is in at Noosa Medihub, there are a number of free parking options available. Please note we are located across Noosa Civic Shopping Centre, in the new Medihub next to PillowTalk.

  • Free 1- hour visitor outside parking at Noosa Medihub
  • Free underground parking at Noosa Medihuib

Cost Breakdown

Please find below a breakdown of the costs associated with your upcoming appointment. Please note that your private health insurance does not cover the cost of an initial appointment, however Medicare will provide a partial rebate. If you are a DVA patient, the cost of your appointment will go directly to DVA. If you are a Workcover patient, with an approved Workcover claim, your appointment fee will go directly to Workcover.

  • Initial Consultation fee with A/Prof Daevyd Rodda: $400
  • Initial Consultation fee with Orthopaedic Surgeon: $350
  • Initial Consultation fee with Nurse Practitioner: $100 (no Medicare rebate applicable)
  • Initial Consultation fee with Pain Physician (Dr Gunjeet Minhas): $545
  • Initial Consultation fee for fracture clinic: $180

Please note that this is an estimate and the final cost may vary based on the actual services provided

Pre-Appointment Instructions

To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please follow these pre-appointment instructions:

  • Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time for parking etc.
  • Ensure you have completed your new patient registration form online
  • If we have requested any imaging (x-rays, MRI’s etc) to be done prior to your appointment, it is extremely important that you ensure this is done.
  • If you have any previous medical records or imaging reports that you feel may be applicable, please bring them with you.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the affected area.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
